The annual European Maritime Day’s purpose is to highlight the importance of seas and oceans and the challenges facing maritime regions and sectors. The 2016 European Maritime Day will be hosted in Gothenburg with a series of high level meetings and a stakeholder conference all centered around European maritime policy.
